Patchwork flounce dress by Simone Rocha in black. Puffed short sleeve dress in a cacophony of patchworked sheer organza. Floral printed, flocked and embroidered panels are pieced together across the fitted bodice and voluminous skirt, given extra shape with a tulle under layer.
