Acne Studios began in 1996 when founder Jonny Johansson produced 100 pairs of raw denim jeans — gifting most to friends and family — and built one of Scandinavia's most influential fashion houses from there. Today the Stockholm label is known for precise tailoring, considered proportions, and a quietly subversive approach to dressing that sits somewhere between conceptual and completely wearable.
