Padded Tech Coat

'Tech' poncho style coat by Pleats Please Issey Miyake in soft padded taupe fabric. Features a high neck, button-stand closure in front, buttons down the side seam so it can be worn open, and large welt pockets in front. Comes with a detachable scarf detail that can be threaded through an internal belt loop and worn belted.
