Wassim Shirt

Mariaan Pugh creates her vibrant, one-of-a-kind "Shirts for Friends" by repurposing classic men's shirting sourced from local op shops. Each shirt has its buttons removed and reattached with signature acid-yellow stitching, and labels replaced with yellow ribbons. The flower motif is screen printed by Mariaan herself, using print dyes recycled from her studios at North Metropolitan TAFE.

The Wassim shirt comes in one size. Our model, Lauren, would regularly wear a size small.
