Returns and Refund Policy
Dilettante accepts change-of-mind returns and size exchanges provided the following requirements are met:
- Notification of your intention to return or exchange is received at sales@dilettante.net within 7 days of delivery; and,
- The goods are unworn, in original condition, and with all tags in place; and,
- No other alterations have been made to the goods affecting their resale potential
All size exchanges are subject to availability. Please note that Dilettante does not cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Dilettante is not liable for the damage or loss of your goods during return shipping; we recommend using a registered mail service to return your goods.
Store credit will be issued for all change-of-mind returns. Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Dilettante will accept the return of faulty goods up to six months after the date of purchase, subject to inspection. Please contact sales@dilettante.net outlining reasons for return to arrange for return of faulty goods. Where goods are found to be faulty, a full refund will be issued, or a store credit of the full purchase price (including shipping) will be issued, or (where possible) a replacement of the original purchase will be provided.
