Working at the intersection of Taiwanese indigenous culture and Japanese aestheticism, his fabrics are developed almost entirely by hand — natural herbal dyes, hand-woven linen and ramie, vintage kimono repurposed as lining and detail. Unisex silhouettes with mandarin collars, raw edges, and string fastenings, rooted in the beauty of imperfection. Nothing is permanent, Su says, except history and memory.
