Dilettante’s roster has evolved alongside the shifting currents of contemporary design, featuring visionary names such as Yohji Yamamoto, Vivienne Westwood, Ann Demeulemeester, Undercover, Loewe, AF Vandevorst, and now Rick Owens, Maison Margiela, Comme des Garçons, Issey Miyake, Acne Studios, and Uma Wang. Deeply invested in nurturing local creativity, Dilettante regularly collaborates with Western Australian designers and artists to present exclusive capsules, exhibitions, and projects. Since 2015, under the stewardship of founder Diana, the annual Dilettante Award has supported emerging talent from North Metropolitan TAFE’s Fashion and Textile Design program—offering recent graduates a platform to create, promote, and bring a bespoke capsule collection to market.
