From Astier de Villatte’s collaboration with artist Setsuko Klossowski de Rola, Balthus’ widow, comes the Setsuko teapot. A truly charming piece that will hold your favourite brew of tea.
Every piece of Astier de Villatte is hand crafted in Paris by a Tibetan ceramicist, using pre-industrial techniques that have been passed down for generations. Starting with black terracotta, each piece is finished with a milky glaze that amplifies the unique character of the clay, celebrating its imperfections and ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike.
Made in Paris.
