For items ordered within Australia, please use Australia Post’s tracking service and enter the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation.
For items ordered outside of Australia, please use DHL’s tracking service and enter the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery
Items shipping to locations in Australia will be sent via Australia Post Express Post. All customers will be issued with a tracking number at the time of shipment to allow for tracking of your package.
Items shipping internationally (to locations outside of Australia) will be sent via DHL Express couriers. All customers will be issued with a tracking number at the time of shipment to allow for tracking of your package. Please note that some international deliveries may be subject to import and customs fees, charges, taxes, or duties. All such expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient and will not be covered by Dilettante or its agents.
Dilettante accepts change-of-mind returns and size exchanges provided the following requirements are met:
- Notification of your intention to return or exchange is received at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery; and,
- The goods are unworn, in original condition, and with all tags in place; and,
- No other alterations have been made to the goods affecting their resale potential.
Instructions on how to proceed with your return will be issued in reply to your contact.
All size exchanges are subject to availability. Please note that Dilettante does not cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Dilettante is not liable for the damage or loss of your goods during return shipping; we recommend using a registered mail service to return your goods.
Store credit will be issued for all change-of-mind returns. Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Dilettante will accept the return of faulty goods up to six months after the date of purchase, subject to inspection. Please contact [email protected] outlining reasons for return to arrange for return of faulty goods. Where goods are found to be faulty, a full refund will be issued, or a store credit of the full purchase price (including shipping) will be issued, or (where possible) a replacement of the original purchase will be provided.
